By accessing or using SOLNEX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
SOLNEX, operated by Caspay Services S.R.O, is a decentralized yield intelligence platform built on Solana and powered by the METAsol Quantum Engine. It provides access to on-chain intelligence systems (“Grids”) that generate algorithmic yield (“Quantum Yield”) through automated smart contract operations.
2. Nature of the Platform
SOLNEX is a non-custodial, decentralized application (dApp). It enables users to connect their own Solana-compatible wallets to interact with yield systems and smart contracts deployed on the blockchain.
Caspay Services S.R.O does not:
Store or manage private keys.
Control, hold, or have access to user funds.
Reverse or modify on-chain transactions.
Users retain full control of their funds and remain responsible for all actions performed via their wallets.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using SOLNEX, you agree to:
Abide by all applicable laws, including blockchain, tax, and financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and outcomes while interacting with the platform.
If you do not meet these conditions, you are not authorized to use SOLNEX.
4. Prohibited Use List
You agree not to use SOLNEX or its services for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
Illegal Activity:
Engaging in activities that violate laws or regulations, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
System Exploitation: Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with smart contracts, APIs, servers, or data feeds.
Misrepresentation: Impersonating any individual, organization, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.
Automated Scraping: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to extract data or interfere with normal platform operations.
Network Abuse: Uploading malware, spam, or other harmful content that disrupts SOLNEX functionality or security.
Yield Manipulation: Artificially inflating or distorting Grid data, yield outcomes, or referral performance through unauthorized methods.
Regulatory Violation: Using the platform in jurisdictions where DeFi participation is restricted or prohibited by law.
Caspay Services S.R.O reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to users engaging in any prohibited activities.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SOLNEX in good faith and acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and private keys.
All blockchain transactions you authorize are final and irreversible.
SOLNEX cannot intervene, modify, or refund confirmed on-chain actions.
You are accountable for ensuring compliance with your country’s regulations regarding digital assets and taxation.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in permanent access restriction.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All elements of the SOLNEX ecosystem — including branding, interface design, written content, smart contract code, and visual materials — are protected intellectual property of Caspay Services S.R.O or licensed technology partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any SOLNEX materials without prior written consent.
The METAsol Quantum Engine, Grids, Vault, and Insurance Points (IP) mechanisms are proprietary components protected by intellectual property and trade laws.
7. Third-Party Integrations
SOLNEX may integrate with or provide links to third-party decentralized applications, oracles, analytics platforms, or wallets. These integrations are provided for user convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Caspay Services S.R.O is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or legality of external services. Users should review third-party terms independently before engaging.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caspay Services S.R.O shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the SOLNEX platform.
Financial loss due to smart contract malfunction or blockchain network failure.
Errors in yield projections, data interpretation, or performance metrics.
Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond the Company’s control.
You agree that you use SOLNEX entirely at your own risk and discretion.
9. No Financial or Legal Advice
All yield analytics, token data, and platform materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on SOLNEX should be construed as investment advice, financial planning, or legal counsel.
Caspay Services S.R.O does not act as a broker, financial intermediary, or fiduciary on behalf of users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caspay Services S.R.O, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
Violation of these Terms of Use.
Misuse of SOLNEX or its smart contracts.
Infringement of third-party rights.
Breach of applicable law or regulation.
11. Modifications and Suspension
Caspay Services S.R.O reserves the right to:
Modify or update SOLNEX’s interface, functionality, or governance structure.
Suspend access for maintenance or network upgrades.
Terminate access to users found violating these Terms.
Such actions may occur without prior notice, and we assume no liability for resulting downtime or losses.
12. Termination of Use
Your right to access SOLNEX terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy any copies of its content or data in your possession.
Termination does not affect the validity of completed on-chain transactions.
13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed under the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
14. Updates to These Terms
Caspay Services S.R.O may revise or update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected on https://solnex.ai with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
